Winery review: Balanced and lightly creamy, offering pretty flavors of plum sauce and raspberry coulis threaded with hints of ground spice. Elegant, with a floral finish. Drink now.

My review: For $4.00, this wine was a great deal.
That’s what I’ve loved about Vintage Cellar for this class: giving us college
students decent wines at great prices. They’ve made me a customer with deals
like this. I didn’t buy this particular wine because I was already getting some
mead but it was certainly worth it.
Notes
of straightforward plum on the nose and upon tasting. The taste was also
somewhat spiced, kind of like a Malbec can be. Good wine for the money—even the
$14 perhaps.
I tasted this on its own with no food.
