My review: Good, not great German Riesling. This is
the style that I’ve tried far more than the rest this semester and didn’t
really find that this wine stood out. Good flavor or apple and peach that you
often find. I didn’t think this wine was balanced well in terms of sugar and
acidity, though. It felt a bit hot and syrupy for my taste.
I tasted this on its own with no food.
