My review: I’m not a huge fan of Pinot Noirs at
this low price point; it’s one varietal I can really see the different in a $6
bottle vs. $12. This was soft on tannins and tasted like candied cherries.
There was a lot more in the nose of this wine than the taste. I was put off by
how strong it smelled of cherry and how light it tasted. The contrast wasn’t
great.
I tasted this on its own with no food.
