Winery review:  Well-balanced flavors of dark berries and plums. Spicy fruit finish.

My review: I’m definitely interested in getting more into some Cabernet Sauvignon after drinking this wine. I’ve had jammy Cab Sauvs, fruity ones, and even very dark and reserved ones. There’s a lot to this grape and I like the variations in the varietal. This was a good wine. It was interestingly spicy—I’m wondering if this was a function of a high abv or not. I would drink this again but it wasn’t my favorite Cab Sauv I’ve had.
